Nothing, all great!

Absolutely stunning accommodation with helpful staff from the pleasant chambermaid who checked every morning. A lot of food available in the restaurant. Central location, at a moderate distance from Eilat Promenade.  

The location is perfect, right by the Red Sea, allowing for easy access to Dolphin Reef & Aquarium. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with a special mention to the customer service manager Shirly for her amazing assistance. The rooms

The hotel has a great location very close to the sea, and they offer a breakfast with plenty of delicious and healthy options. The room boasts a beautiful view and they provide excellent service. the wireless connection throughout the hotel 

Very rude staff includng those like Chennelle in reception . . she made me feel like we should never come back and we won'T. We are extremely friendly people,

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for the quality of service and attention to detail. The central location provides easy access to public transport, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions such as Dolphin Reef and the Aquarium. 

The breakfast was excellent with several options, and the food was OUTSTANDING. Location: the hotel was very close to the "palace " rather than the posher "vitalis ", the main beach and really amazing restaurants to go at the 

The pool was closed by 5PM and not heated.

There was insufficient explanation as to the facilities at check in stage. The food at the Breakfast buffets appear to be haphazardly arranged. Cereals on one end of the buffet, and milk and fruit on the other end

During my recent business trip, I was impressed by the hotel's excellent amenities. The complimentary breakfast and high-speed internet were two highlights that made my stay more comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located near key business areas, which made getting 

food is terrible, service is extremely poor

Waking up, covered in flea bites. Ants in the bathroom. Staff service from Stalinist Russia - seriously, room service staff sneer at you, and front desk staff ignore while they text on their phone. Then they are put off when you insist on being served. This hotel promotes themselves as five-star luxury international hotel and charge accordingly, but they barely are able to deliver two-star quality. Seriously, do not stay at this hotel, unless you like flea bites, and ants in your bathroom, and a staff who could care less.

Impressive service, spacious room, friendly staff, great location, clean facilities.

Can't fault the property.
